FREE APPRENTICESHIPS FROM AVTES

Things are tough at the moment - build a resilient and high performing team with great training.

Hospitality has always been a tough gig, but these days it feels overwhelming, right?

There's the uncertainty around what you're allowed to do, which seems to change daily...

You've had to completely re-think the way you do business and come up with creative ways to deliver your food and beverage offer to customers, in a safe AND profitable way...

On top of that you are trying to support your staff and your family as well as keeping your customers safe!

It's a stressful time to be in business, and we want to help, because we're in this together.

We're picking up all course fees for eligible apprenticeship enrolments until the end of September 2020 so you can;
  • build a talented team of motivated and resilient staff
  • implement effective systems and standards across your business
  • raise your food and beverage quality to complete with market leaders

We have apprenticeship qualifications for both front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Here’s what employers are saying about training with AVTES

Stephen De Martin

Warrnambool Bowls Club

"We experienced an increase in sales of well over half a million dollars ($500,000) and I credit a lot of that to the staff. Staff are confident in their roles and are motivated by having a recognised qualification."

Dean Normington

Black Rhino Group

“Its hard to put into true dollar figures what the training has done for us, but when you have skilled, confident employees that can interact and engage customers, recommend products, up sell and improve the overall customer experience it is priceless.”
