Accredited Short Courses for your cookery and hospitality staff
This is a list of our accredited short courses. They are recognised throughout Australia, and by the relevant government bodies. All participants receive a Statement of Attainment listing the relevant accredited unit.
Our fully accredited hygiene courses meet Australian Standards (click on the course for further information);
We also offer Food Safety Refresher workshops to ensure your food safety knowledge and practices are up to date. While not accredited, they are a great option for those who have completed accredited training some time ago and want a refresher. We will deliver a session tailored to your needs. Anything from 30 minutes to 2 hours. For groups of up to 20. Contact us to discuss.
