Food Safety Level 1 - Food Handler
Nationally accredited unit - SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
Anyone who directly handles food or food contact surfaces should complete this course.
Food Safety Level 2
Nationally accredited unit - SITXFSA002 Participate in safe food handling practices
This course is for food handling personnel or food safety supervisors.
Nationally accredited units - SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety and SITXFSA002 Participate in safe food handling practices
The course is suitable for designated food safety supervisors (as required by state regulations) who have overall responsibilities for the implementation of the Food Safety Plan.
