Mentors are available to consult with you, and assist you to develop strategies to achieve your business goals. Mentoring is recognised as being of great value in improving efficiencies, formalising strategies and implementing improvements for SME owners who are often caught up in the day to day running of the business.
At AVTES, our business mentors will conduct initial communications via phone and email to arrange availability of suitable material for the introductory visit. They will then conduct an introductory visit to your workplace lasting up to 3 hours, during which an evaluation of agreed operations of your business will take place. This will then be followed by a written report and proposed structure for future visits. Visits will then take place at appropriate intervals, 1-3 months depending on your business needs.

- Marketing and Promotion
All introductory communications are free of charge and allow you to determine how you can benefit from the mentoring. Initial visits cost between $250 - $1000 depending on how many topics you would like covered. The remaining visits, if required, also vary in cost, depending on how many are required.
