CHANGES TO GOVERNMENT FUNDED TRAINING

In May 2012, the Victorian State Budget announced changes to the subsidised funding of the Victorian Training Guarantee. These funding changes caused some confusion and angst about the funding available for accredited qualifications.

Whilst the funding arrangements have changed for a number of qualifications, there are still fantastic opportunities available for businesses and students alike to access government funding, support and incentives.

AVTES' expert consultants and trainers can help you to navigate the funding options, to find an arrangement that best suits you. Call us today for individual advice.

LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS

Effective leaders build a sense of community within the workplace, and not only increase employee retention figures, but also improve productivity and teamwork. The value of effective leadership teams in any workplace is priceless.

AVTES is now offering a number of targeted workshops for both new and experienced workplace managers and supervisors. The content and exercises of each of these sessions can be tailored to suit your particular workplace environment to ensure that your staff get relevant and practical information and the skills they need to excel in their leadership position.

Effective Leadership
Focusing on people management, this session showcases leadership styles for different situations and approaches to creating a more motivated, productive and harmonious work environment.

Coaching for Managers/Supervisors
Coaching skills are crucial for effective people management. For those already in supervisory roles, learn how to empower staff to perform better and take ownership of their roles.

Managing Change For those in a managerial role who are, or will be, leading, managing or participating in strategic change.

Developing High-Performance Teams This team building training focuses on team dynamics and how managers and team leaders can build trust within a team and inspire and motivate a team to work together to achieve common goals.
